Why Lab Grown Diamonds?
Mining Free
Lab created diamonds are a responsible choice given that no mining is needed.
Beauty & Quality
Man made diamonds have the same physical, chemical, and optic parcels as booby-trapped diamonds.
Value
Lab created diamonds offer excellent value, and are slightly more affordable than natural diamonds of analogous size and quality.
What Are Man Made Diamonds?
Man-made diamonds, also known as finished or worn diamonds, are grown in highly controlled laboratory environments using advanced technologies that replicate the conditions under which diamonds grow under them when forming clothing, under the Earth's crust. These man-made diamonds are accompanied by real carbon tittle arranged in the form of a democratic demitasse. Made of the same material as natural diamonds, they deliver optical parcels and similar chemicals.
How Are Lab Diamonds Made?
Our diamond-based diamonds are grown from pre-existing diamond-based diamond seeds. Advanced technology - either high pressure and heat or a special deposit process known as CVD - mimics the natural diamond conversion process. Some deposit-enabled lab diamonds can also suffer from stress and heat treatment after they are older. A mature multi-colored diamond lab is formed where a small number of specific traces of discovery are present during the growth phase of a synthetic diamond, such as in nature. In both diamonds labs white and delicate colors, the exact composition of the trace tracks may differ from their natural diamond counterparts. The lab diamond can only be separated from the natural diamond using a technological fabric that can reduce the small difference in tracking and precise growth.
Lab Grown Diamonds vs. Diamond Simulants
It is important to note the major differences between lab labs and diamond comparisons. Diamond simulants, such as boxy zirconia and moissanite, look like diamonds but not true carbon chargers. Models do not have the same chemical and physical properties as natural diamonds so they sell at much lower prices than those made of diamonds. Scales can be separated from natural or laboratory diamonds using only nakedeye.
Natural and laboratory-enhanced diamonds have thermal packages that separate them from boxy zirconia with a hand-held diamond miner. Some lab diamonds, as well as other natural colored diamonds, can be incompatible with moissanites when using certain diamond testers due to the similarity of their electrical performance. However, gemologists can generally distinguish between diamonds and moissanite because of their distinct refractive packages, where moissanites double and diamonds do not look as unique.
Lab Created Diamond Ring Settings
To improve our free offering of mines, we offer our engagement ring settings and lab accents created by the lab when set with a center diamond-based lab. In many styles, we compare the diamond type of highlighting to the diamond type of the selected center. If you select a lab created for the center diamond, the bright diamonds in your setting can also be created, as shown in the product details.
Lab Created Diamonds vs. Natural Diamonds
Our lab-grown diamonds reflect the same physical, chemical, and physical properties as natural diamonds, and reflect the same fire, saturation, and light. By using a piece of jewelry, man made diamonds almost impossible to distinguish from natural diamonds. The Lab has created diamonds that can show a variety of trace elements than natural diamonds that do not affect the appearance of the diamond. Older lab diamonds can be separated from natural diamonds only by testing using special equipment. The Lab has created diamonds available for purchase should always come with a gem certificate that identifies them as a mature lab.
