What happens if I don’t like my ring
This in fact rarely happens, because the crafting of your ring only happens with your approval of the computer aided drawing (CAD) which shows all the design elements, measurements, angles of the ring so you can be assured as to what you will receive. Custom made is usually non-refundable but however, if you are not happy then we can remake it for you at a nominal sum.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO HAVE AN ENGAGEMENT RING MADE?
The timeframe depends on the complexity of your design and this take between 3 to 7 weeks from start to finish. Perfection can’t be rushed, and it is worth the wait having an engagement ring custom made. If, however, you have a particularly tight deadline let us know and we will move heaven and earth to help you meet that deadline.
